When you list your home with our team, you may receive our written guarantee that I will sell your home at a price acceptable to you or I will buy it, at an agreed upon price and closing date. The duration must be mutually agreed upon. Seller and I must agree on the closing date.
My goal is NOT to own your home, but to sell it for the most money the market will bear. The reason we offer this program is to make sure we all have the exact same expectations BEFORE we start marketing your home. I will market the home to buyers at its full market value and if it sells you get the benefit of the higher price. It's a win-win for you... If the market receives your home at any price higher than the guaranteed price we agree on, you get the benefit of the higher price. Value Estimate: **95% of value is typical pre-determined percentage but may change depending on the property location, price and terms of the arrangement. The seller and I must agree upon price and closing date.
